Who we are
JobsFlow is run by Atif Siddiqui, a sole proprietor based in India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at heyatifsid@gmail.com. By creating an account or using JobsFlow, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Payments are handled by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders: it sells the paid plans and add-ons to you, collects payment, charges any applicable tax and issues your invoices. Paddle also handles payment questions and refunds. Purchases are also covered by Paddle's buyer terms.
What JobsFlow does
JobsFlow helps you search job listings, keep a tracker of your applications, tailor your resume to a posting and draft messages to people you want to contact. The free plan covers search, fit scores and the tracker. The paid features are described on the pricing page, with their monthly limits.
- Job listings come from company career pages and public job boards. We don't employ, recruit or represent any employer, and we can't promise a listing is accurate, still open, or that you will get an interview or a job.
- Tailored resumes and message drafts are written with the help of AI models from the content you give us. They can contain mistakes. Read them before you send them; you are responsible for what you submit and send.
Your account
- You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
- An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- Give accurate information, and only upload a resume and details that you have the right to use.
Plans, billing and renewal
- Pro and Power are monthly subscriptions, paid in advance through Paddle.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period until it is stopped.
- Each plan's monthly limits reset at the start of each period. Unused allowance doesn't carry over. Add-on credits do, until you use them.
- Plans can't be changed in the middle of a period. A Pro subscriber can choose Power from their next renewal on the Plan page.
- To stop future renewals, delete your account in Settings or write to us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- scrape the site or the app, or call our API with scripts or bots;
- get around plan limits, for example by sharing an account or opening several to stack free features;
- use JobsFlow to send spam, or to harass or mislead anyone;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Your content
Your resume, applications, contacts and drafts stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to provide JobsFlow to you, as described in the privacy policy. The JobsFlow software, site and brand belong to us.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It is deactivated straight away and permanently deleted 15 days later. Sign back in during those 15 days to restore it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep JobsFlow available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a missed opportunity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change applies, and update the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the laws where you live.
