Find the role. Tailor the resume. Follow up.
Most job searches stall in one of three places: applying to the wrong roles, sending the same resume everywhere, or going quiet after you apply. JobsFlow handles each of those, in order, from one master resume.
Roles worth applying to, sorted by how well you fit.
JobsFlow reads company career pages and public job boards every day, for India and for sponsorship markets in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Ireland and the UAE. Each listing is scored against your resume on skills, experience, market and how recently it was posted.
- ✓The reasons behind every score, in plain words
- ✓Sponsorship flagged as register-backed or mentioned in the posting
- ✓A Today page with what's new since your last visit

A resume written for this posting, then checked.
Pick a role and JobsFlow rewrites the Skills, Experience and Projects sections of your master resume around the words that posting uses. It never adds a job, a title, a date or a skill you don't have.
Then it checks the PDF in code, the same way every time. At least 75% of the posting's keywords must be on the page, it must fit on one page, and no employer can be dropped. Keywords you can't honestly claim are listed separately, not slipped in.
How the tailoring works →
A person to ask, and a date to ask again.
Applications that go nowhere usually die of silence. Every application in JobsFlow has a status and a follow-up date, and the ones that are due show up on Today.
For a referral, search public web results for people at the company and save the ones worth asking. JobsFlow drafts the connection note, the follow-up and the email. Nothing is sent until you send it.
How the tracker works →

What it won't do.
Some things are left out on purpose.
Apply for you
You submit every application yourself. Mass auto-applying is how resumes end up ignored.
Invent experience
Tailoring rewords what's on your master resume. It doesn't add employers, titles, dates or skills.
Scrape LinkedIn
People are found through public web search results. There's no LinkedIn scraping and no stored login.
Send without you
Every message is a draft until you review it and send it yourself.
